If Doug, Jeff or John haven't had a vehicle on the lot that suited our needs, they found a vehicle for us in less than 2 weeks...most often in less than one week. Every vehicle we have purchased has been better than any car manufacturer's "certified pre-owned". It's a highly professional, yet very laid-back and comfortable place with honest, friendly people. We have never had a problem with a purchase of a vehicle, or with service from Smitty's after the sale. Quite honestly, we can't see any reason to shop for a vehicle...and to get service for that vehicle, than at Portage Motorcars and Smitty's Tire & Service!
